20 no. Industrial units with a total area of 36,000 sq. ft. which was used for offices, warehouses and retail units in Coolmine, Dublin 15, Ireland. They are currently rented to various tenants.
Third Development
Phase One: 12 no. industrial units with a total area of 55,000 sq. ft. which are used for offices, warehouses and retail units in Coolmine, Dublin 15, Ireland. Currently leased to various tenants.

Upper Quay, Westport, Co. Mayo, Ireland. We built a 4 bedroom house on the land with a total of 3,000 sq. ft. which we currently own.
Seventh Development
Louisburgh, Co. Mayo, Ireland, where we built a 4 bedroom house, which we sold.
Eight Development
80 acres of land in Arodstown, Summerhill, Co. Meath, Ireland. This is used for agricultural and equine purposes and we currently own this. On this site, we developed a water-sports facility called the Irish Aquatic Sports Centre. It’s used for water-skiing, wakeboarding and auxiliary water-sports uses.
